CGI

In the world of CGI, the guys over at Studio Birthplace have a history of putting together impressive stories and utilising technology and systems to help raise awareness for a number of critical subjects. Here they give a great look behind the scenes at their work on ‘wear wool not waste’

Architecture

In the world of Architecture, BIG, the Danish design wizards, have just finished building their own super cool HQ on a Copenhagen harbour. This 27-meter-tall concrete building is wrapped in a crazy 140-meter-long staircase that leads to outdoor terraces on every floor. Inside, you'll find a spacious open-plan office with a zigzagging steel staircase and a single, super-stylish load-bearing column made of six different types of stone. And guess what? It's not just good-looking; it's also eco-friendly!

Design

In the world of Design, Bentu Design have a wonderful stool that is not only creative, fun and comfortable, it packs an almighty amount of waste into each one. Shocking how much continual waste these is from the retail industry.

Technology

In the world of Technology, as the owner of a Nothing phone, I really enjoy what this small UK tech brand is doing in the phone world. They feel like one of the only companies putting design into their products, not just another space metal, or pastel plastic covers. Their phones are different from the inside-out. Pop into their store in Soho and check it out, they also do amazing headphones.
